| 1. | What is the difference between a Standard and a Deluxe League? Answer: With a standard league, you can still allow each player to be on more than one roster, but the site will not keep track of which player is in which division or conference for you. With a standard league, two teams in the same division or conference could have Tom Brady, for example. So you would have to monitor things to make sure nobody tries to pick up a player when another franchise in their same division or conference already has that player.
With the deluxe league, the site will keep track of this for you. The Free Agents report and the Top Performers report will be separated so that each division or conference has their own list of players, and it won't let a franchise pickup a player that is already taken in their own division or conference. Also, a deluxe league will not let teams trade player across conferences. And each conference (or division) can have their own separate draft as well.
The option that controls whether or not you have a 'deluxe' league is on the 'Setup > General League Setup' screen. If you change the option so that each player can be on 1 roster per DIVISION or per CONFERENCE, then it is a deluxe league. If you leave it so that each player can be on 2 rosters per LEAGUE, then it is still a standard league.
